Exercises
The Exercise Library.
Develop your mental abilities and play with the field.
Absorb yourself in an exercise with your attention and intention, and see if you can move what’s on the screen.
How the exercises work
- Settle. Slow your breath, soften your eyes, and let the exercise fill your attention.
- Hold an intention. Each exercise asks for something: raise the line, still the water, gather the light. Hold it lightly, without straining.
- Watch. Everything you see and hear is drawn from a live measurement: the drift between your device’s clocks, which wanders with warmth, turned into random bits and compared with chance, moment to moment.
Whether attention can lean those bits is the open question these exercises test. Most moments look like chance, and that is expected; every session you play adds to the record.
